 Introduction
It was in the December 2004 that a number of people including a community of disabled ones whom were impressed by the loss of endorsement for the disabled people in the community attempted to establish the "Baavar" association . Baavar, by protecting the rights of disabled citizens, producing short movies, distributing essays and publications, hosting multimedia programs, subjective conferences, artistic and cultural festivals and single-day tours is intended to try its best to normalize the presence of disabled people in community and introduce their abilities to the others.
The statement of Baavar's mission
Try to extend the strength and abilities of disabled people as a social server by:
- Investigating and engrossing the necessary knowledge and presenting the instructions related to the addressee community.
- Introducing the disabled people rights to the whole community and showing the difficulties of theirs.
- Concentrating on the comprehensive law of disabled people rights protection.
The vision
Baavar association will be the source organization in the field of social empowerment for the disabled people.
The organizational values of Baavar
Baavar members have trusted to each other and concentrated on the knowledge as the main factor in the way, for they believe that being an active part in this advancing world will be provided in case one is informed by the up-to-date knowledge and has the strength to adopt the criticisms and ability to participate in the activities with professional behaviors, creativity and discipline. Every single member of Baavar will be responsible for his duties with the positive thought, honesty and sincerity. All the Baavar members are friends for each other, with protecting the organizational independency and friendship; they are cooperating honestly to get their joint goals and will be bound on handling their responsibilities powerfully.

I saw in a dream that I was invited to a meeting. You were there too. You were supposed to become the president. There were some other young people there, too and there was a fervid debate about civil rights.
