In designing and constituting, it is mandatory to all of the governmental departments, offices, institutes, agencies, and the public and revolutionary units(those units related to Islamic Revolution) to guarantee the serviceability and profiting of the public constructions, buildings, passageways, and service facilities to the disabled people to be equal to the normal citizens.
